When you were on XHit I started doing th3 abs workouts. Going through a crappy relationship when i came across these videos. I noticed results in like a couple months. Real results. I need to start again. I'm in a bad place right now. This really helped me. Then I started watching you more when you created your own channel. V

I still revert to this 15:00 min exercise often…love the ocean scene. It’s like I’m there on the sand with you. I live in hot Texas so this is one of my favorites.
That 5-minute challenge is a killer. I tried with 2.5 lbs weights. I got through 3 minutes and had to drop my arms for a few before bringing them back up. Great workout for the arms.
